Ashley Arthur discovered her affinity for Real Estate while working her way through college. A strong, focused woman with an equally strong work ethic, Ashley is passionate about providing the very best for R7’s clients. Ashley ensures that all aspects of R7’s business operations are flawlessly executed at the highest level, and that management of resources and services to customers are efficient and effective.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Ashley became a California girl when her father, a computer engineer, was transferred to Torrance, when she was 14. She didn’t know it then, but the groundwork for her future in the Real Estate Industry was already being set; her mother is a Residential Real Estate Appraiser and among Ashley’s most notable role models.

Ashley says R7 is uniquely qualified to provide clients with the type of service and attention they require to realize the results they need for their assets to improve and be successful. The ever changing landscape of the Real Estate Industry continues to be a source of interest and challenge for Ashley, who says this time of uncertainty is also a time of great opportunity for owners and investors. Her goal is to help R7 reach a new level of serving clients.

The mother of two young sons, Ashley’s non-career time is focused on them and their many school and extra-curricular activities. They have a cat and a beta fish.

In her free time, Ashley loves baking and trying new recipes; within her arsenal of culinary specialties is the perfect Texas sheet cake. She also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
